We want you to love your Thunderpants gear, so if your fit isn't perfect, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the garments are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Option

  Select whether you would like a direct exchange for a different size or color, a store credit voucher, or a refund to your original payment method.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in the original mailer, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new items within 5-7 business days.
